I did the Kerry Lane/Cross Ridge Loop from home, but to make it 9 I also looped through town. It was warm and humid tonight even when I went out late in the afternoon/early evening, but I still felt pretty good even on the hilly run. I noticed that my quads have been tight/sore the last couple of days, but that's probably just the increasing mileage and it hasn't bothered me at all while running.
