Notes
Went for a run this morning and it was great- it was really warm and sunny out and I felt pretty good. This was a hilly run and I suffered for it, but I managed to get through and the foot felt fine throughout, so all in all it was well done. It was probably a little bit short (about a minute) but with the past few days possibly being a bit long I think it's alright.
