Notes
I ran after we got back home today from Lewey Lake today by going with Emma to meet Gigi near her house. I did an easy 6 miles with them (around 9 minute pace...) and then 3 more at just over 7:00s when I got back home. It was an easier day after my monster run yesterday and I was definitely still tired from it and my legs were feeling it, but especially the faster part from home actually felt pretty good.
