Treadmill

Notes

To continue being careful about my knee I had planned on running a few miles on the golf course this morning but it was raining pretty hard and the course was going to be too wet so I decided to do the run on the treadmill because that would still be gentler than pavement. I did three comfortable miles, working on cadence while I was stuck there (and doing well with it), and then followed the run with a 35 min bike and then finishing with a solid 17 min core session.
