Went out in the late afternoon for my second run of the day, heading out the Greeley via Lawrence Farms Crossway and Old Roaring Brook Rd, and then going up to Devoe on Algonquin before coming back home through town and 120. I felt pretty good this evening, starting out fairly slow for the first mile and then picking it up to a pretty good clip. I felt strong on hills, and flats felt smooth and pretty fast. It was a higher mileage day but I felt good all the way through. Did some speed development when I got back home.
