I had to run in the morning today, and it actually was a great run. I did the millwood loop over to skywood road onto the oakhill loop, and it was a hilly but not terrible just-over-8 miler. I kept a solid pace on my first solo run in several days, and it felt good. Everything felt fine today, though I did start chafing a little again. The cooler temperature was also a great addition to this.
