I couldn't get out for a proper run at lunch, so I had to squeeze in a short run from the office after a late finish, before heading off to another event. Was better to get in a little, though, then skip altogether. It was snowing quite hard, which was both pretty and annoying, but I felt pretty good and just shook out the legs between workout days.
