Notes

This was our workout for the weekend at camp, which we did at a park/the surrounding dirt roads in Lenox. After warming up we did 5x3 min oslerians, which were 80 sec @ cruise/10K, 50 sec @ 5K, 30 sec @ 3K, 20 sec @ lift. I ran with Max and Peter (though Max did only 4) and it was a solid group. I felt great throughout, actually feeling better as the workout went on, and that was nice to see despite the lack of workouts I've done so far.
