Did my first "taper" workout, and it went well. I did 20 min at marathon, 15 min at half marathon, and 5 min at 10k pace. My legs were definitely a bit tired - I need to sleep more for proper recovery, and Monday's effort was probably still weighing a bit - but the paces were strong and especially for the last piece I actually felt pretty good as I got the legs spinning.
Wrapped up the workout with drills and strides, which I haven't done properly for a while now..
