I ran another workout this morning which went well. I did 8x1000m on the track at T-Pace, and I held a 64 VDOT (3:29/1000m, 5:36/mile) for the whole thing with 45 seconds rest between each. It was definitely harder than the workout I did earlier in the week but I felt fairly good throughout and solidly maintained the pace till the end.
