Notes
We were told to do a pickup toward the end of our run today, so I did a pretty serious tempo (especially since it was in my heavy trainers) for 17 minutes. It felt good though it was faster than I had wanted to go, and I easily made it the 17 minutes and probably could have kept going to at least 20 minutes. I'm pumped for an easy day tomorrow!
