Went for a slightly longer run this afternoon, and without really meaning to I ended up holding a pretty quick pace for the whole thing (just over 6:30!). It felt fairly relaxed, though not easy, and I kept the cadence up really well (measuring as high as about 88 about a mile and a half in to the run). I followed the run with a 30 min bike and another 15 min session of abs which went well.
