Notes
Went for my second run of the day from Greeley this evening, and tried out a new run that Emma told me about. I went down Annandale to Taylor Rd, up the (endless) hill, came out on Armonk Rd (? the one that goes past Mrs. Green's which Sheather is off of), and then took Mr. Knobloch's road to 117 and back to Annandale to HG. I then did a barefoot field and followed that with strides for the first time in a while which felt great. I felt much better this evening than I did this morning which was a god sign tat I just needed to recover from yesterday.
