Notes
Went out on my own today, and as soon as I went out it started to rain which turned into one of the worst storms I've ever run through. It was a lot of fun, but the roads were flooding quickly and I was as wet as if I had gotten into the pool. The water kept getting in my mouth and I had to keep spitting it out or swallowing it, but other than that I had a great time. I did run faster than I was supposed to and as a result my hip did start to hurt especially during the second half, btu it wasn't too bad and I easily finished.
