Notes
I decided today to go for a relatively shorter run, and then do my first circuit of the season. I started with a loop up by the UN and then over and back down on Rue de Lyon, nice and relaxed. The circuit didn't feel hard at first, but by the end of the third (and final) round I was exhausted. Glad to be getting back into these.
