Went for a run from Greeley today with Robert and we did an Old Lyme to Haights Cross which was tough in this heat but, once we adjusted to it, the second half felt pretty good. I followed that with a barefoot field and 4 strides which also felt pretty good, which I should probably do more of to work on getting the legs really moving and the nerves firing faster.
