Did our first threshold workout of the year today, doing 5x 4:10 at T-Pace (61 VDOT= 86/400m) with 45 seconds rest and it felt fairly good. Followed that with 400m and 2x200m at R-Pace (74/400m) which also went well. Was still a touch sore from spikes on Tuesday, but I loosened up as we went. Cooled down with a barefoot field which felt good. Still have odd pain in right foot...
