Notes
I did the Greeley loop again this morning, and while I felt alright it wast as good as the rest of the week has so far. It was a little warmer, which I'm sure didn't help, but the hills just felt a little tougher and I was a little tired. Not a bad run though, and I'll take tomorrow a little shorter before Sunday's long run.
