I've been feeling kind of unmotivated and bored very recently which hasn't been good, but today I finally started to feel a bit better. I ran the end-of-Hardscrabble lop from CST and finished at home, and I tried to do it at a fairly easy/average pace to just feel good. I found though when I was finishing that I had actually been averaging sub-7:00s! That was a nice surprise that discover that my "easy"ish pace was under 7:00 on a not very flat route, and the fact that I finally felt better as well is a nice turn in a positive direction!
