Ran from Rockwood today and looped around much of the park. I felt okay at the beginning but the heat was pretty bad, but as I went it started to cool off and I ended up feeling very good for the last portion of it. I did a fairly hilly route which wasn't easy, but I felt strong on the hills. The hip once again felt good, which I'm really pleased with.
