I did the same route again as yesterday, but this time I did a steady state workout during the run. Because of the trails I couldn't measure this accurately enough to make it worthwhile, so I opted for just 18 minutes of steady state during the run, which came just before the steep hill and lasted until just as I came off the trails. It was a fun section to do fast, and as with last time I felt surprisingly good throughout.
