Notes
This was a frigid day in the wind and rain, but Chris and I still had an okay run. We did a Shadowbrook over Northwest Hill (where the wind was awful) and we kept a good pace even though our legs never really warmed up and our faces were freezing and our fingers were numb. I added on a bit after we got back to make it closer to 10 miles for the day, but I decided that it was too cold and a little short would be alright.
