Notes
This was a medium-easier effort day, as I ran with Chris Emma and Daphne. We did an up/down at Rockefeller onto which I added another mile and a half or so to make it about 7.5 for the day. It felt easy and the weather fortunately (mostly) held of for us so it was fairly pleasant.
