Notes
Went for my first run back at Williams today, which had mixed results. I felt pretty good for most of the run and I think I maintained a faster pace than the GPS says I did for most of the beginning (which is why I've written it was 8.5 miles when GPS says only 8- I think it's somewhere in between). However, about 5 miles in I tok a nasty fall on one of the slippery bridges in the forest and fell pretty hard on my left hip/butt. It should be okay, but I could feel it for the rest of the run.
