Notes
The first days after the marathon I was very sore, but today I was doing much better and I was, almost surprisingly, itching to get out for a short run. So I went out, and actually felt pretty good. The legs felt almost fresher than they had in a while, and I just enjoyed being out. If it had been a few degrees cooler, it could have been the perfect run. Just a couple of easy miles on a nice day, not fast or anything, but feeling good and enjoying being out.
