Cole Field

Notes

Ran a good tempo workout down on Cole this morning and it went really well. I was able to do a full 25 minutes straight, doing four loops of the field. My lap splits were 6:10, 6:20, 6:20, 6:10. It was tough for a while and it got warm pretty quickly, but I kept the pace going and even sped up again at the end which was great. I noticed that I recovered very quickly after it which was also great, so it seems to just be a matter of building back up my endurance now.
