Notes
Went out to Engerham Rd (off of Rt 7) for this week's long run, and it went fairly well. I had planned to cut the 11-mile loop short to do only about 8, but when my group missed the turnoff Cosmo and I turned back and went about a mile back to get the shortcut. He wasn't feeling too well this morning so the pace wasn't anything impressive, but it wasn't too bad. I was feeling good and despite the run being longer than planned it felt fine.
