Today was a short tune-up workout for this weekend which felt good. After a 2 mile warm up I did 2 min-3 min-2 min at "cruising speed" (a little slower than tempo), and then 4x35 seconds "smooth" (fast, but not all out), starting another every 2 min. This was short and quick and got the legs moving which felt good. Everything felt strong and fast which was nice, and then the couple-mile cool down and barefoot running on the track that I did afterwards all felt good as well.
