I decided to take today as an easier day after the two slightly harder ones, and it felt alright. Running later in the day meant that it was, obviously, warmer which I didn't like but it was still bearable. Even though I did a significantly slower pace than I have been doing this felt for some reason somewhat average, but it may have been the heat. I did an Old Lyme (way too much uphill) right into a Trailer Park, followed by a mile of strides which made it 9.
