Notes
I ran from work and headed out to the tall bridge near Onex via Rue de Lyon and Aire, then headed back via Plain Palais, Place de Neuve, and Rive, and swung by Rue Muzy (to pick something up) and then back to work. I liked the loop and got a little ways out of the city which was nice. And though the legs were just a little tired from yesterday's effort, this run again was apparently quite quick, and the last two miles were actually done in just under 13 minutes without pressing much at all! So that was a pleasant surprise. All in all another solid run.
