Julieanne (along with her friends Rebecca and Chris) joined me at Rockefeller for a run that was originally going to be 4-5 miles but turned into about 8. However, the pace was very relaxed since I was running with them and my knee didn't give me any trouble so I would say that it didn't do any damage even though it was far more than planned. Being back at the park and running with friends was also a lot of fun and a nice change.
