Notes
After two hard days of Leagues this was finally just a day for regular distance. I did a field warm-up, an interfaith, a barefoot field, and then rounded out the distance by running near the track. I was a little achy and sore after all the racing, but generally I felt good and by endurance wasn't bad. I am obviously tired from all the hard days though from looking at my pace (though it does include warm up and cool down).
