Vowing to get back in shape now that I'm in Geneva. Targeting an 8K here in the city the first weekend of December (the Course de l'Escalade) and hopefully a big city marathon in the spring (Paris again??). Also trying to get back into using this as much as I used to. Doesn't need to have endless descriptions after every run, but at least get the information down. Hopefully will keep me honest about my training, especially when I might need it after long days in the office.
This first start certainly didn't feel fresh or anything, but I made it through okay and it's good to be back out there. Split about 15:25 for the two miles going out, and 14:43 for the way back (I'll at least take the negative!).
