Did a really solid long run this afternoon. I did a new route, extending the long Gavi run out by the airport (see mapmyrun.com from today), and felt really good for pretty much all of it. I was surprised by the pace, which was consistent throughout with perhaps a slight push at the end, even with a relatively hilly loop. All in all a really good measure of where I am, even with tired legs! Capping off my best week of training yet this spring.
