Notes
Went a little bit shorter today before tomorrow's long run, and it went pretty well. Unfortunately, it was 44 degrees and pouring so that wasn't ideal- too cold to fully enjoy that intense feeling of running in the rain, but not so cold as to be truly miserable. I enjoyed the loop though, heading out on Route de Chêne and then going over to Naville, coming back on Florissant, and then heading down Athenée to Place de Neuve and heading home via the rues bas and Rive. I could tell that I was pushing the pace a little, but it still felt smooth and strong, and the pace was solid upon coming back. All in all a pretty good run, and ready for longer tomorrow.
