I went for a run again today to see how my glute was doing, and though there was still some slight pain it seems that the stretches I got from Yaz yesterday made a marked difference. I did a barefoot lap of the golf course which was really nice, and then I decided to go a little farther today so I went over to Hoxsey St and then cut back to the track through Science Quad and down Spring St. I noticed that my glute actually felt a bit better while running on the pavement with shoes on, perhaps because there was a bit more support?
Afterwards a did 40 min on the bike to bring my aerobic day to an hour, and then followed with about 12 min of abs. After that I went with Business to lift which I hadn't been planning on but which I worked pretty hard and which went well.
