Went out for a really nice long run out past Onex, getting just to Cartigny and then looping back through Bernex, and was pleased with how it went. My legs were pretty tired from last night's workout, but I was surprised to find that they didn't seem to get *worse* during the run - they were just consistently tired-feeling while actually still doing pretty well. The pace for the run was better than expected, and I could definitely have kept going when I got to the end. Solid long run - and by far the longest I've done yet this fall. This is starting to get into "proper" long run territory!
