Went out for an average day at Rockefeller after dropping John off in Ossining for reffing the Wiz of Oss tourny, and had a pretty solid run. I started in Rockwood and headed out to the main park, doing the 13 Bridges loop and then heading back over toward Rockwood after a short detour for distance. I kept the run relaxed and felt pretty good despite the slightly warmer temps this morning.
