Chris and I meant to do an easy day today, but we ended up doing about 6:40 pace as our average (with slower and much faster parts as well). However, it felt surprisingly good and I was even able to have a big kick towards the end of the run for about a quarter or so. The heat and humidity were awful, but all in all this went very well.
