We did a pretty good workout today out on Oblong of 8 min at 10K with last 60 sec lift to 5K, 3 min recovery, 6 min at 5K with last 45 sec lift to 3K, 4 min recovery, and 4 min at 3K with last 30 sec lift to mile. We kept up solid paces for each piece and I was feeling good throughout, staying with the front group for the whole thing and feeling smooth doing it.
