I decided that it was time to try out a workout for the first time since hurting my butt, and it was pretty tough. I started out doing about 2 miles super slow with Cosmo, and then did a 20 min tempo before a cool down to round out the 7 miles. It was warm which I'm sure contributed to how I felt, but the workout was really a struggle. I'm not entirely sure how fast I was going but especially toward the end I was feeling super tired and not doing too great. Nevertheless I pushed through the whole 20 minutes, going hard for all of it, and I'm glad I was able to get all the way through.
