Notes
I ran this with Chris and it was, obviously, by far the longest run I've done since track season (and even then I don't know that I ever got this high). It went really well, and everything felt great. I did an extended Rockwood Hall from Sleepy Hollow, and we then came back to the track there and I did a mile of barefoot strides. I did feel a little something in my right hip later tonight, but I'm sure it's fine. All in all I'm very pleased with this run.
