Notes
I did my afternoon run today with Max and we headed up to Mountain Meadow for my first time in a while. We did the Kalamara Trail to Mauster's Camp which had an incredible view on such a clear day as today, and then headed out on a trail I had never taken before to the main road (bu past the main entrance to the park where we normally go in) which brought us to another trail that headed back into the park and to the meadow. It was fun to get in some new trails up there, and I really need to keep exploring the area. After that we just headed back which came to a little more than I had been planning to do this afternoon, but it felt great (except for the hill going up White Oaks- that was tough) and it was such a beautiful day.
After the run I did about 11 min of core for the first time in much too long, and I could really tell that I need to get back to doing that more often...
