Average day at average intensity. Felt good for most of the run, especially after I got warmed up, though the legs were still a bit tired (as they've been all week). I noticed some tightness in my calf early during the run, but it wasn't serious and I thought nothing of it. At about 8.5 miles though it suddenly became very painful, as though it had seized or pulled or something. I stopped and stretched it and it was a bit better - enough that I could run home - but remained very painful. Even now, writing this after a shower, it is very tight and sensitive when I walk. This is worrying, considering how well things had been going. Will see...
