I went for my longest run of the week tonight, heading out on Valley View to Hardscrabble and then to 133, down to Garey Rd which brought me to Lawrence Farms Crossway, then to Kerry Ln, Roaring Brook Rd, Cross Ridge, Chap Mt, and back to Marcourt and home. I kept the pace pretty solid and even picked up the last mile and a half or so, and it felt really good. I followed this with 25 min on the bike as well to really make it a longer day.
