After taking yesterday off to let my weird little calf thing fix itself, I got out today for a solid steady state/ tempo. During the workout I couldn't figure out why I wasn't feeling very good, and was especially tired. After finishing, I realized it was because I was running more than 10 seconds per mile faster than normal.... Apparently a rest day and a flat route make for fast workouts. I did just about 7 miles in 38:16 along the Charles, averaging 5:28's for the workout.
