Notes
We did a solid but too difficult workout this afternoon that went fairly well. We went out to Oblong for 6 min at 5K pace, 60 sec recovery, 20 min at tempo, 2 min recovery, and then 2x3 min at 3K pace with 3 min recovery between. We kept up good paces for all of these pieces (and the tempo was a little fast...) but I felt pretty good and was able to finish strong. We foot, however, was not a fan of the unintentionally aggressive day today, which with the double this morning is totally 14 miles (yikes!). Hopefully with a day of alternate tomorrow though it'll be alright and this won't set me back too much.
