Today was the first day of HGXC preseason so I went to Sleepy Hollow to join them. I did the warm up mile with everybody which was very slow, and then did one more mile with a group of the seniors which was slightly faster. Then I peeled off on my own and the last 2 and a half miles at a comfortable pace. Everything felt good this morning, though was a little soreness after yesterday's long run.
