I went to visit the first day of HGXC preseason this morning (even though Mr. Houser wasn't there...) and went for a run in Rockefeller with a group of the guys on the team. I did about 6.5 miles in the park with them (guessing completely) and then did strides on the track to make it somewhere around 7. The run after the stretching circle was about 40 min, and I assume the pace was close to 7:00s or a little under. Felt good, and did a circuit afterwards.
