Treadmill

Notes

This was my first run back from breaking my foot!! Eight weeks later I was finally allowed to go for a 10-15 minute slow run and it felt great even though I was restricted to the treadmill. The foot felt fine, and my great cardio shape showed in my ability to not feel at all tired after the 1.5 miles (even though it was obviously very slow).
